Arthur

Francine Alice Frensky is a character from the Arthur storybooks by Marc Brown and the PBS Kids animated television series based on them. She is an eight year old female monkey with an interest in sports and one of Arthur's friends and classmates who often teases him, though she does it due to harboring a not-so-secret crush on him. The Christmas special Arthur's Perfect Christmas revealed that Francine and her family are Jewish-American and celebrate holidays such as Hanukkah and Yom Kippur.
