Prunella Deegan is a supporting character in the Arthur books by Marc Brown and the PBS Kids animated series of the same name. She is a nine-year-old female poodle who loves telling fortunes and the Henry Skreever franchise (a parody of the Harry Potter franchise). Despite being in the fourth grade, she is still part of Arthur's gang being his second oldest friend next to Binky Barnes.

- "1001 Dads" - Prunella is seen attending Arthur's meeting at his house about getting a substitute dad for Buster for the Elwood City Father's Day Picnic. She suggested that she and her sister Rubella could hypnotize Buster into thinking a couch pillow is his father, but Arthur quickly denies the idea because everyone will laugh at him.
- "Prunella the Packrat" - Prunella was paired with Arthur to create an Earth Day display at their school. The episode also revealed that she has a habit of being a packrat.
