Rosa "Rosita" Casagrande is a supporting character in the Nickelodeon animated series The Casagrandes, originally introduced as a minor recurring character in its sister show, The Loud House. She is Hector Casagrande's wife and the mother of Maria and Carlos Casagrande, and therefore the grandmother to Ronnie Anne, Bobby, and their cousins. She is the manager of the apartment building in which the family lives, and also the family cook, who tends to go overboard with the meals that she prepares. She cares a lot for her family, to the point that she is always prepared with a remedy for whatever ails them.
Rosa's only appearance in a holiday production was The Casagrandes' Day of the Dead episode "Croaked".
