Plot[]
The Happy Helpers are hired by Captain Peterson (an alter ego of Pete) to work as cruise directors on the Hot Dogs Hills Harbor Cruise during its Valentine's Day Cruise event. They help the first mate Emmy Lou to win the disco dance contest upon being partnered up with Mr. Doozy after his previous partner Fiona Featherstone drops out due to a dancing accident.
